Ceremonies with 2-12 guests are not available on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays

• Accommodations for four (4) nights.
• Full breakfast daily.
• Chilled Champagne on arrival and nightly cocktail snacks.
• Symbolic Ceremony with Minster, in English. (Legal ceremony incurs additional charges and other requirements.) Ceremony on the Beach or in the Chapel as priced below.
• Dinner on two of the four nights (includes a romantic candlelit beach dinner and an ocean front dinner at Agua).
• Bride’s & Groom’s Energy Intensifier: Ying& Yang Yoga / Sun Ritual Body Treatment / Wellness Lunch / ESPA Intensive Facial for the Bride and Purifying Facial, Shoulder and Scalp Massage for the Groom.
• Wedding Day Ritual: Nail Enlightenment Pedicure and Manicure, Bridal hair styling and make-up for the Bride and Bastien Dou for the Groom.
• Private Cove Experience – one full day (Includes lunch).

Terms & Conditions

Rates are based on double occupancy and quoted in US Dollars; however, reflected in Mexican Pesos on guest folio. Mandatory 14% tax and 15% service charges are not included. Beverages excluded in pricing. Spa appointments can be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability. Changes or substitutions of services included in packages cannot be accepted. Additional rooms may be reserved at the prevailing rack rates. Food & beverage is not included for additional guests. Restrictions may apply, call for more details.

Additional Person Charge of $50 per night, per person (plus tax and service charge) will apply for any person twelve (12) years of age or older sharing a room. A maximum of three (3) adults per room or two (2) adults and two (2) children are allowed. There will be no additional charge for children eleven (11) years of age and under sharing a room with parents or guardians (in existing bedding in room). The charge for a rollaway bed is $35 per bed, per night.

Wedding guests who are not staying at the Resort are welcome to attend Client Functions, dine in restaurants and use spa or golf facilities. Reservations must be made prior to arrival for restaurants, spa or golf. Resort pools and beaches are not accessible to non-Resort guests. Client must provide guest list to Hotel twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival.

Deposits and Payments

An initial deposit of two (2) nights of the package rate, tax and service charge is required to confirm reservations. Full payment of the remaining balance, including any additional services and incidentals, will be charged upon check out.

Cancellations

Should the wedding package reservation be canceled, the following charges will apply:

~ Arrival Date to 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of Total Package Revenue, anticipated Food & Beverage and all applicable taxes and service charges will be due.**

~ More than 31 days prior to arrival: No Resort cancellation fees will apply.**

**Cancellation fees may apply for contracted vendors.
