Wedding Package

The wedding package at Pink Sands includes:

Obtaining a Marriage License

The bride and the groom must apply in person for a Bahamian marriage license at least two business days prior to their ceremony (except holidays). We will take care of setting up your appointment with the Commissioner prior to your arrival. Applicants must present he following documentation the Commissioner – all documents must be originals (or certified copies) and in English.

• Passport
• Divorce decree (if applicable)
• Death certificate of former spouse (if applicable)
• Proof if your name has been changed by deed poll
• Certified Birth Certificate

Wedding Receptions & Rehearsal Dinners

Wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners at Pink Sands can be held at either the Blue Bar or Garden Terrace. There is a location fee associated with use of either venue.

The Blue Bar is located directly on the three mile stretch of pink sand beach and can hold up to 80 people.

The Garden Terrace, located just off of our newly renovated lobby, provides a romantic setting amongst lush, tropical foliage. Dining options at the Garden Terrace include buffet and seated dinners. Maximum capacity is 100 persons.

Minimum Room Requirement

Based on your estimated number of guests, you must guarantee a minimum number of rooms at Pink Sands. Our sales department will be happy to discuss this with you in further detail.
